  I had questions about refinancing my house and the process of how to do it. I contacted Dimension Properties and they were extremely helpful to answer all my questions and gave me good advice on other options I could try. Unfortunately I changed my mind to refinance. If I was to go through the refinance process or sell my house I would definitely go back to them!

  … Was a nice place to live but parking is a pain in the ass problem. There are NO "Visitors Parking" & not even enough parking spots for the tenants in the complex. I even got a parking ticket from them just because I parked a little bit & barely reached the Fire Lane. A parking ticket from your Landlord…Very ridiculous!!! Their "Personnel Office" is very rude & unprofessional. Calling or leaving messages with them are such a wasted. No response doesnt how many messages you have left. Regular maintenance problem is quick & on time but when come to bigger issues they tended to ignore it. They are very unprofessional with their tenants. I definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!!
