  The employees are nice, but this bank is clueless on what quick customer service is. Very few tellers and the "floating" coordinator can't even pitch in and help when there are people waiting for service - what a waste of resources in the name of customer no-service.

  Bigger the bank worst the service that you get. BOA customer service it is awful coming specially from the branch manager. The branch can be totally empty and the cubicle with no customers and you ask for notary service that it is free is you have an account with them and the response that you get from them is that you need an appointment.... Really? You guys are app busy and you can help a account holder to have a single stamp on a piece of paper? And they send you to the near UPS store so they can do that for you for $10. These banks are just too big to care for the customer service. Plus they dont pay anything on interest on your saving account and much less on the checking. You are better of having your money under the mattresses. If you want a good banking service better go to your local credit union.
